Can I use my healthcare flex spending account credit card? TOP
While it's true that a medical bracelet is a qualifying expense, I am unable to process these credit accounts at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience.
What will the engraving look like? TOP
We engrave everything on our tags IN CAPITAL LETTERS! This does two things, makes the letters larger and more legible, and also keeps all the letters in one line (no y's or g's dropping down to take up extra space) This maximizes the space we are able to use to engrave.
We make every effort to engrave exactly as you have entered the text. Occasionally, to maximize limited space, we may re-arrange words so that all the lines are the same legnth.
If you are concerned about how exactly your engraving will look, please feel free to ask before ordering. Let us know what you would like engraved, and we can help you arrange it accordingly.
Please note if you type in engraving
for both sides of engraving, but do not select the correct button for
extra engraving, the additional fee will be added automatically to your
order, and your card will be charged accordingly.
Do I need to have the extra side of engraving? TOP
It depends on how much you want to fit on your bracelet. Also keep in mind, lots of words, means smaller size of type. As a general rule of thumb, each side holds up to three lines of text and 13 letters and spaces per on the front, and 15 on the back. If you can't fit all your information on one side, please consider purchasing the extra side of engraving.

What size bracelet do I need? TOP
Measure your wrist and add 1/2 to 3/4 inch for comfort. Sizes may vary by as much as an extra 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch, as different beads and patterns may effect the size of each bracelet. Standard bracelets from the store are usually 7 inches. If you need a size that is in between or not listed, please choose the "Other, Specify at checkout" option and as you check out, please be sure to type in the size you would like in the box on the shopping cart.

Our beaded bands are based on total bracelet size. If you originally ordered a seven inch complete bracelet, then order a seven inch interchangeable band as well. If you already have an id bracelet, during checkout tell me how long it is and I will adjust so the beaded band, together with your ID tag, make up the total legnth that you chose. So if your ID band is 2 inches, your 7" Substitute will actually be 5 inches from end to end.

There is not an interchangeable option of the style I want. TOP
If there is a specific bracelet you would like to see in an interchangeable option, please email us. We can add it just for you. All of our bracelets are available in interchangeable bands, but might not be listed yet.

Shipping and Handling TOP
Effective March 2010 we have simplified our shipping. First Class Mail for all orders is only $3.95 You may choose Priority Mail for an additional $2.00, or Express Mail for a flat rate of $19.95. Please note that shipping times are separate from manufacturing times. All packages include Delivery Confirmation. You may purchase insurance for an additional fee.
We can also ship to select countries outside the US. Please email us with your country and we will let you know if we can ship to your country, and if so, we can calculate the shipping charges for you.
Great Britain and the United Kingdom are available at the rates of $17.95 for International Priority (6-10 days estimated) or $29.95 for International Express (6 days estimated) These options are available during checkout. Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP
Only California residents must pay sales tax. It is 7.75%, (effective 7/1/11) and will be added during checkout through the shopping cart. When can I expect to receive my order? TOP
Each order is custom made and engraved and may take up to 10-14 days after your order information is complete. We ship USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail or Express Mail is available at an additional cost. Warranty TOP
